1. Who is responsible for your data?

The controller of personal data submitted through this website is ANDOR OSZTROGONAC PR POSLOVNO SAVETOVANJE ADVISORA SUBOTICA ("ADVISORA"), with registered office at Tetovska 3, 24000 Subotica, Serbia.

Privacy enquiries can be sent through the contact form on advisora.global.

2. What information is collected?

When you use the contact form, ADVISORA may receive:

  • your name;
  • company name, if you choose to provide it;
  • email address;
  • the service area you select;
  • the contents of your message; and
  • limited technical information necessary to deliver and protect the website and form, such as IP address and request logs processed by the website infrastructure provider.

3. Why is the information used?

Contact-form information is used to respond to your enquiry, understand the requested service, assess whether ADVISORA can assist and, where relevant, take steps at your request before entering into a business relationship. Website and security logs may be processed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.

Under Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection, the principal legal basis for enquiry handling is processing necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract. Where applicable, limited security processing may rely on ADVISORA's legitimate interest in protecting its website and communications from abuse.

4. Service providers and data transfers

The website and business email are hosted by Namecheap. Contact-form messages are transmitted through the hosting server's mail service and delivered to ADVISORA's business mailbox. Namecheap may process technical or message data outside Serbia as part of providing these services.

ADVISORA uses service providers only for purposes connected with operating the website and handling enquiries. Further information about applicable transfer safeguards can be requested using the contact details above.

5. How long is information kept?

Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are generally kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and follow up, and normally no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact. If an enquiry leads to a client relationship, relevant correspondence may be retained for longer where necessary for contract, accounting, tax, dispute-resolution or other legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the settings and retention periods of the relevant infrastructure provider.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or object to certain processing. Where the legal conditions are met, you may also have a right to data portability.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (Poverenik).

7. Cookies and analytics

ADVISORA does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this website. If this changes, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before those technologies are introduced.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website, service providers or processing activities change. The current version will always be published on this page with its latest update date.
